What is MBSP:

MBSP is an evidence-based 8 weeks program that combines two powerful and popular approaches within positive psychology: Character strengths and mindfulness training. Research proves character strengths and mindfulness are the pathways to well-being.

Do you sometimes feel stressed, overwhelmed or lost in your everyday life?. Does your mind wander when you need to focus, or won’t turn off when you are trying to sleep?.

You can learn skills that will help you be more in the present moment, and tools for living, that can bring balance to your life.

The core of mindfulness-based Strength Practice is self-insight and self-discovery. It is developed by PsD. Ryan M. Niemiec, Director of Education for the VIA Institute (www.viacharacter.org)

The MBSP Program teaches you the basics of character strengths, presence and mindfulness and offers advanced, practical ways to integrate them into your everyday life. It provides a unique angle to become aware of and promote what is best in you, rediscover commitment and job satisfaction, achieve your goals, stregthen your relationships, and to find deeper meaning & purpose in life.

Cultivating a meaningful and balanced life

The 8 week program includes:

  • 8 sessions of 2 hours MBSP coaching

  • Teaching in character strengths, positive psychology and well-being

  • Mindfull living, breathing and presence exercises

  • Various meditations sitting, lying, standing and walking

  • Themes on autopilot, relationships, managing obstacles & change, balancing work & life

  • Activities between sessions includes daily mindfulness and character strengths practice, journaling, and empirical exercises.

  • 1:1 coaching session

  • The participants will receive material and audio files with mindfulness exercises as well as a thorough description of the tasks

For the past 18 years, I have been coaching and teaching personal development and stress management. I have trained employees, managers and business leaders in personal communication, body language, and how to make positive personal impact.

I am a big advocate for personal and professional development, and very passionate about work/life balance and the mind-body connection.

On the other hand, what we do with our physical body, can impact our mental state.
